If you think your device is acting strange, one thing that you can try is to manually reset the device. This will clear any active processes and reset the operating system (just like restarting your computer).
In order to do this, you’ll need a paperclip (or any other small bendable metal piece).
Once you have the paperclip, all you need to do is find the charging pins on the side of the device and connect the first and fourth pins with the paper clip. In the diagram below, the red line is the paperclip.
Once you make the connection, the device LEDs will blink, signaling that the device has successfully reset.
