How does Pip know where my pet is?

Pip uses GPS and cellular technology to send you your pet’s location wherever they are — anywhere in the country.

Pip also uses Bluetooth® to pair with your base station and any caretaker’s phone. This allows the device to know it is within a safe range and can remain in low-power mode. Once the device is undetectable by this method, it will use cellular to notify you that your pet has gone out of range of your phone(s) or base station. You can then opt to track using GPS. This allows you to pinpoint both you and your pet’s exact location in real time until you are successfully reunited.
