Why isn’t my pet’s activity appearing in their timeline?

Pip records your pet’s activity throughout the day so that you can keep track of walks and make sure your pet is getting enough exercise. We then take this data and try to combine it into easy to understand chunks of activity and place it in your pet’s timeline.

In order to do this, we wait for 5 minutes after your pet has finished an activity before uploading it to the server. This way, we can ensure that the activity is completed. So if your pet’s activity doesn’t show up right away, don’t worry! It is still being recorded.

If after several minutes, you still don’t see the activity, you can try refreshing the data by tapping the “Home” icon to bring you to the screen that shows all your pets and then tapping back into your pet’s page. This should refresh the data from the server.
